  • Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, Design and improve upon marketing campaigns for each aspect of the company.
  • Develop the company’s mid to long term strategic and annual business plans.
  • Implement and manage marketing strategy and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • oversee all activities in the marketing department and responsible for the creation of innovative marketing strategies that will build the business’s brand, leading to increased revenue, awareness, respect, and relevance among the business’s target audience
  • Build a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals
  • Negotiate compensation and project details for outside contractors and responsible for defining and implementing the marketing and growth programs.
  • Grow and develop the in-house marketing team.
  • manage content marketing strategy and determine KPIs for marketing team.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with Marketing or Business Management, MBA is more preferable
  • 10 or more years of senior leadership experience in marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities and at least 2 years in (Mid) Management Level in digital field
  • Proven achievements and winning projects in the field
  • Good Interpersonal skills with CRM expert
  • English is the must, other languages are the plus
