Compliance Auditing Service (BSCI Standard)

BSCI: Business, Social, Compliance Initiative (BSCI) is a voluntary system designed to enhance working conditions in the supply chain of its member companies participating in trade, such as manufacturing garments and in retails.  

In accordance with the Human Rights, the ILO Conventions and the prevailing Myanmar labour laws, Top HR not only verifies the rules & regulations and policies applied at the garment factories, which should meet the BSCI code of conduct, but also examines thoroughly the working conditions, employees’ rights, and health & safety measures.
