Top HR Solutions Co. Ltd. was established in December2014 to provide services in various aspects of Human Resources Management for foreign investment firms and other joint venture business organizations. With extensive knowledge, our dynamic team offers the best quality services to achieve the best results.

Towards the end of 2015, Myanmar Career Bridge Academy [MCBA] was also established. Since then, skillful professionals have been conducting tailor-made courses on HR Management, Business Management, Myanmar Labour Laws, Computer Skills and Effective Business Writing. We have brought out skillful future-to-be-officers. 

In January 2019, Top HR Publishing House published the book “Compendium of Myanmar Labour Laws” for those who are dealing with Human Resources Management. This book was published with the approval of the Ministry of Labour and is considered a reference book wherein existing Myanmar Labour Laws are compiled. It enables employers as well as all HR personnel to have a better understanding of the existing Myanmar Labour Laws and to apply them accordingly.

Along with the “Compendium of Myanmar Labour Laws”, “Labour Law Compliance Auditing (2020) Self-Assessment Guide” [in Myanmar & in English versions] were published. The aim of this book is - to assist employers and HR personnel in self- auditing the processes related to human resources functions.

Moreover, another book “Myanmar Labour Laws and its related rules & regulations” was published. In this book, policies, rules & regulations, and procedures related to human resources management are mentioned for ease of reference to employers and HR personnel.
