TOP HR accepts MMQR as the payment method for all purchases made through the website.TOP HR Website မှတစ်ဆင့် ဝယ်ယူမှုများအတွက် MMQR တစ်ခုတည်းကိုသာ ငွေပေးချေမှု နည်းလမ်းအဖြစ် လက်ခံပါသည်။

4. Delivery and Digital Access၄။ ပေးပို့ခြင်းနှင့် Digital Access

Digital subscription access will be provided through the customer's registered email address and customer account.Digital Subscription အသုံးပြုခွင့်ကို Customer မှ မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသော Email Address နှင့် Customer Account မှတစ်ဆင့် ပေးအပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

5. Cancellation and Refund၅။ ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းနှင့် ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်း

All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed. 6. Subscription Services၆။ Subscription ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ

Subscription Services will renew according to the billing cycle shown at the time of purchase. Recurring subscription fees will be charged using the selected payment method, subject to successful payment authorization. Customers may cancel their subscription before the next renewal date through the available account settings or by contacting TOP HR. Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated. If a recurring payment fails, TOP HR may suspend access until payment is successfully received.Subscription ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများသည် ဝယ်ယူချိန်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည့် Billing Cycle အတိုင်း ပြန်လည်သက်တမ်းတိုးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Subscription အတွက် ထပ်မံပေးချေရမည့် အခကြေးငွေများကို Customer ရွေးချယ်ထားသော ငွေပေးချေမှုနည်းလမ်းဖြင့် ငွေပေးချေမှု အတည်ပြုချက် အောင်မြင်ပါက ကောက်ခံမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Customer များသည် နောက်တစ်ကြိမ် Subscription သက်တမ်းတိုးမည့်ရက်မတိုင်မီ Account Settings မှတစ်ဆင့် သို့မဟုတ် TOP HR ထံ ဆက်သွယ်၍ Subscription ကို ပယ်ဖျက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ အခြားနည်းဖြင့် သတ်မှတ်ထားခြင်းမရှိပါက Subscription ပယ်ဖျက်မှုသည် လက်ရှိငွေပေးချေထားသော Subscription ကာလကုန်ဆုံးချိန်တွင် အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ပုံမှန်ပြန်လည်ကောက်ခံရမည့် ငွေပေးချေမှု မအောင်မြင်ပါက ငွေပေးချေမှု အောင်မြင်စွာ လက်ခံရရှိသည်အထိ TOP HR သည် Subscription အသုံးပြုခွင့်ကို ဆိုင်းငံ့ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

7. Promotions and Discounts၇။ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းများနှင့် လျှော့ဈေးများ

Promotions, discounts, vouchers, and special offers may have additional terms, expiry dates, or usage limits. Customers are responsible for keeping their account and access information secure and must not share paid digital access with unauthorized persons.Customer များသည် ငွေပေးချေခြင်း၊ ပေးပို့ခြင်း၊ Account မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းနှင့် Digital Access ရရှိခြင်းတို့အတွက် လိုအပ်သော တိကျမှန်ကန်ပြီး ပြည့်စုံသော အချက်အလက်များကို ပေးအပ်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Customer များသည် မိမိတို့၏ Account နှင့် အသုံးပြုခွင့်ဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များကို လုံခြုံစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ငွေပေးချေထားသော Digital Access ကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိသူများနှင့် မျှဝေခြင်း မပြုရပါ။

9. Intellectual Property၉။ ဉာဏပစ္စည်းဆိုင်ရာ အခွင့်အရေးများ

All books, digital materials, content, templates, guides, and other materials provided by TOP HR remain the intellectual property of TOP HR or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.TOP HR မှ ပေးအပ်သော စာအုပ်များ၊ Digital Materials များ၊ Content၊ Templates၊ Guides နှင့် အခြားပစ္စည်းများသည် အခြားနည်းဖြင့် သတ်မှတ်ထားခြင်းမရှိပါက TOP HR သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ မူပိုင်ခွင့်ပိုင်ရှင်၏ ဉာဏပစ္စည်းဆိုင်ရာ အခွင့်အရေးများအဖြစ် ဆက်လက်တည်ရှိမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Customers must not copy, reproduce, publish, resell, commercially distribute, or share digital materials without written permission from TOP HR.TOP HR ၏ စာဖြင့် ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ Digital Materials များကို မိတ္တူကူးခြင်း၊ ပြန်လည် ထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်း၊ ထုတ်ဝေခြင်း၊ ပြန်လည်ရောင်းချခြင်း၊ စီးပွားရေးအရ ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် မျှဝေခြင်း မပြုရပါ။

10. Privacy and Personal Information၁၀။ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များနှင့် လုံခြုံရေး
