Upon completion of answering the questions, the assessment result will be in section 7 and the next steps for improvement will be filled in, in section 8.

- လုပ်ခလစာ ပေးချေခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အား စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
- လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအား စစ်ဆေးခြင်း

မေးခွန်းများဖြေဆိုပြီးသည့်အခါ ဖြတ်တောက်အမှတ်ရလဒ်ကို အပိုင်း (၇) တွင်တွက်ချက်နိုင်ပြီး ပြုပြင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့် နောက်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို အပိုင်း (၈) တွင် ဖြည့်သွင်းနိုင်ရန်အတွက် လုပ်ငန်းအတွက်အဆင်ပြေစေခြင်းကို တိကျစွာ အသုံးပြုပေးထားပါသည်။
